He looks up from his feet, they’re stained from the dirt he’s traveled through all day just to reach this spot, this spot of Earth. He’s trodden down grass, hiked up the mountain of his childhood just to reach the sunset on the top of this peak of parenthood. He sees the whole Earth below him, spread outward across the horizon. He sees his life before him, the last visions before his death. He sees his children grown and his wife dying and he weeps. He weeps for all the mistakes he’s made in life. All the things he’s done wrong. There’s no one to comfort him anymore. He’s alone on this mountain looking at his mishaps, his regrets, and then the sun comes out of the clouds for it’s last appearance before retreating to the other side of the world. He feels it’s bright forgivness on his face and he remembers all his happiness and the happiness that he’s caused others. His children and grandchildren safe and sound and his wife waiting for him in Heaven. He can’t wait to see her again and he steps toward the sun. He feels the warmth and he sees the welcoming light it gives him. It slowly goes and sinks into the horizon of day and he can feel at home finally. The sun is gone and it takes him with it. He disappears with the setting sun for eternal happiness in the clouds and the golden gates greet him to safety.

Ummm. This is so badass. I want to make a short film in this style for BFF2010. Who’s down? Also, this was made with the Canon 7D… so my 5DM2 would totally handle it ;)

7D is crap its just a crap camera full of stupid little features to get suckers like you guiz to buy it. but you should check out the 1D MK4 102 400 iso! its crazy. oh and dslrs should stick to still photography in my opinion

1) I don’t have the money for a 1DMK4.
2) I’m currently shooting with an XSi.
